Pickup and Delivery Service
For larger rugs or rugs that need deeper, more specialised care, we offer a convenient pickup and delivery service. Your rug is collected, professionally washed at our facility, and returned within 7–14 days.
Pricing:
- Rugs under 3.16 sqm: $95 cleaning fee
- Rugs over 3.16 sqm: $30 per sqm
- Pickup/delivery service: $50
This service is recommended for wool, silk, Persian, Oriental, hand-knotted, delicate, heavily soiled or pet-affected rugs.
Additional Fees
Some rugs require extra treatments due to heavy staining, pet urine, odours or infestations.

If required, this will be discussed during assessment before any work is carried out.

Rug Material
Rug fibre type plays a big role in determining how the rug must be cleaned.
- Synthetic rugs are usually the easiest to clean and are often suitable for in-home cleaning at $15 per sqm.
- Wool rugs typically require specialised washing at our facility and fall under the $30 per sqm rate.
- Silk, viscose, and delicate natural fibres always require off-site specialist cleaning due to their sensitivity.
- Persian, Oriental and hand-knotted rugs need controlled washing to prevent dye bleeding and fibre damage.
The cleaning method changes based on the material, but the pricing is consistent across our service model.

- Rugs under 3.16 sqm: $95 flat cleaning fee
- Rugs over 3.16 sqm: $30 per sqm

- Medium rug (approx. 3.7 sqm): 3.7 sqm × $30 = $111
- Large rug (approx. 7.4 sqm): 7.4 sqm × $30 = $222
