Where are you located?
Melbourne Rug Wash is conveniently located close to Melbourne’s CBD at 31 Trade Place Coburg North. This means we are central enough for you to drop off and pick up, with lots of parking close by. If this is not convenient, we can arrange to pick up and deliver back to you after your rug has been cleaned.
What are your opening hours?
Melbourne Rug Wash is open Monday to Friday during business hours, from 9:00AM until 5:00PM. We are also open every Saturday from 9:00AM until 12:00PM. But please check our Google Business page for up-to-date hours and public holidays.
Can you pick up my rug and deliver it back to me?
Absolutely. Normally we pick up and deliver if it is within the Melbourne metro area. And now pick up and delivery is available along the Mornington Peninsula on Thursday mornings. Please call us to clarify how far we can travel for deliveries.
How much do you charge?
The cost of cleaning depends on the type of rug, and whether it is hand or machine made using natural or synthetic fibres. The other factor to consider is size. So when you call to seek a quote, make sure you measure the fringes too as these are the most difficult areas to clean on any rug. Fill out our enquiry form to get a quote.

How long will it take to wash my rug?
